Cookies Policy
Last updated: August 24, 2026
This Cookies Policy explains how Bello Chile Travel uses cookies and similar technologies on www.bellochile.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make sites work, to remember preferences, and to measure how a site and its advertising are performing.
Cookies we use
We use the following categories of cookies, set by our analytics and advertising providers:
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4). Help us understand how visitors use the Site — which pages are viewed and how people navigate — so we can improve it. Typical cookies include _ga and _ga_<id>, which last up to about two years and are used to distinguish visitors.
- Advertising (Google Ads). Help us measure the results of our advertising campaigns — for example, whether a visit led to an enquiry — and, where applicable, show relevant ads. A typical cookie is _gcl_au, which lasts about 90 days.
- Tag management (Google Tag Manager). Helps us manage the analytics and advertising tags above. It does not itself store personal information in cookies.
We also load Google Fonts to display the Site’s typography; this involves a request to Google, which receives your IP address as part of delivering the fonts.
How to control cookies
You can control or delete cookies at any time:
- Browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings or preferences menu.
- Google Analytics opt-out. Install Google’s opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Google Ads settings. Manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
Please note that blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the Site function.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookies Policy as our practices or the technologies we use change. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
