Alejandro is an Ecotourism professional, certified mountain guide, wildlife tracker, and a former university professor of sustainable tourism. Having spent two decades managing complex, remote field operations across Chile—including location fixing for world-renowned wildlife documentary crews—he ensures your physical journey is safe, exclusive, and profoundly authentic.
Director of Client Experience & Commercial Strategy
Born and raised in New York, Lizza oversees the client journey from the initial consultation to final logistics. Bringing a rigorous American standard of efficiency, clear communication, and attention to detail, she ensures that every itinerary is executed with absolute precision, total reliability, and the comfort that luxury travelers expect. She guarantees that our premium service standards are consistently delivered from your first inquiry to your return flight home.
A New York native, Lizza moved to Chile and quickly fell in love with the landscape, animals, and food of Chile. She specializes in animal spotting and ensuring clients don't leave without some true Chilean experiences.
Originally an IT professional, Camila decided to follow her dream of working in tourism after living in Portugal. Cami combines her organizational skills with her deep love for nature and is a valued tour coordinator.
Vartan studied Ecotourism following his curiosity for the Chilean mountains and life in rural communities. With over 12 years of experience working as a naturalist guide in world-class hotels throughout Chile, Vartan always knows how to exceed our clients' expectations.
Bruno is our mountaineering expert driven by his immense love for nature and wildlife. He is a NOLS teacher and has experience in mountain rescue.
